The user interface for a client-management application originally built in FileMaker came with a fixed button layout, but the overall environment felt cluttered and unintuitive. Without altering the existing user flow—and using only minimal graphic elements—I redesigned the interface to feel cleaner, clearer, and more approachable. The result was a significantly smoother user experience, with users spending less time learning the system and more time actually working with it.
